Senior Advisor Remuneration and Benefits based in Sydney CBD for a 12-month fixed-term contract
Your new company
This client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for managing incentive plans, share plan management, and remuneration reviews. The successful candidate will act as the second-in-command to the GM of Rewards and Remuneration, requiring strong communication skills and executive presence. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months with a salary ranging from $150,000 - $180,000K package inclusive of super.
Your new role
The key duties for your new role will include:
- Manage incentive plans, including modelling, administration, communications, and board papers.
- Conduct remuneration reviews and prepare management reports.
- Perform job benchmarking.
- Manage data inputs for board papers
- Oversee share plan management, including ASX disclosures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have experience previously working for an ASX-listed organisation in the rem and benefits space. With the ability to conduct extensive analytics and Excel modelling.
If you have experience of working in the following industries, it would be preferred. However, it is not crucial for the role of hospitality, entertainment, consumer, banking, or ASX-listed organisations.
