Your new role
As a TA Officer, you'll work within the Talent Team, assisting with a variety of responsibilities including:
- Advertising roles on the system
- Assisting with completing shortlisting reports
- Sitting on panels and taking notes
- initiating references in the system (xRef)
- Completing police checks in the system (Referoo)

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a TA Officer role for the NSW Government
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Experience using Excel
