Experienced mining talent acquisition advisor required for an immediate start based in Perth CBD
Our client is about to embark upon a period of increased workload and therefore is seeking the expertise of an experienced talent acquisition advisor to support the team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of a mixed portfolio of blue and white collar positions.
You will excel in your customer delivery, maintaining the excellent branding of the organisation from the initial application process through to supporting onboarding.
It is much preferred that you possess prior mining recruitment experience, and it is essential that you have a consolidated career history as a talent acquisition advisor.
A proactive approach to talent pooling and pipelining is required, coupled with the ability to adhere to process, comply with onboarding requirements and contribute as an essential team member.
