Talent Acquisition Advisor - Blue Collar Mining
Our client is a global mining giant based in Perth CBD.
Seeking an experienced blue collar talent acquisition advisor with prior experience within maintenance or otherwise from within the mining sector.
A proactive source of talent, you will excel in your ability to manage a volume portfolio and possess exemplary process skills coupled with stakeholder management and communication skills.
An agile mindset is essential as you may be required to support project-orientated work as well as talent acquisition business as usual.
Experience from within a large corporate is essential and prior mining exposure would be preferred.
This position will be offered on a temporary contract for three to six months commencing in the new year.
