Your new role
-
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for high-volume portfolio of roles across multiple states.

Working as part of a talent acquisition team

Managing the full recruitment life cycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding

Partnering with hiring managers across the country and at head office to assess recruitment needs, skills and culture fit

Talent sourcing across retail, retail operations and customer service roles, utilising a number of social media platforms, professional network and advertising

Strategic sourcing and talent pooling for future requirements and seasonal peaks

Screening and shortlisting candidates on a daily basis

Coordinating offers, candidate and reference checks, offer letters and contract administration

Assist with onboarding

In addition, you may get the opportunity to contribute to wide talent strategies and projects around DE&I, EVP, Candidate Experience
What you'll need to succeed
-
To be successful in this role, you'll be an engaging and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with hiring managers

You will have a strategic mindset and enjoy talent pooling and driving engagement with potential hiring through promotion of the brand and candidate experience

You MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience as an internal recruiter in a high volume role, and/or 2 years agency recruitment.

Experience in recruiting into retail, customer service or more high volume functions would be beneficial

You will be experienced in utilising HRIS/ATS systems as well as LinkedIn and social media

You will have attention to detail, process driven and able to work collectively, in a larger TA team environment

You must be a team player and proactive, be able to manage your own workload
