Permanent TA Business Partnering role based in southern Sydney up to $140,000k plus super

Our client is looking for an expert in talent acquisition and workforce planning. This position works closely with business leaders and the HR team to implement top-tier talent acquisition strategies. This is a permanent opportunity based in southern Sydney with a salary of up to $140,000k plus super.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate experience, and creating and executing innovative strategies to attract and retain talent on a global scale.

Formulate and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan aligned with business goals for a growing global workforce.

Collaborate with the people team to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Closely working with the people and marketing teams to enhance the employer value proposition (EVP), focusing on brand visibility and talent attraction.

Oversee relationships with local and global recruitment partners, job boards, universities, training providers, and job platforms to improve sourcing strategies.

Develop an internal pipeline for succession planning, career pathways, and global mobility.

Collaborate with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and implement talent strategies for new and existing markets.

Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on the best recruitment practices and interview techniques.

Stay updated on global talent market trends, remuneration, and benefits to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Exceptional skills in engaging with senior leaders and business units.

Recruitment Marketing: Expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
