Our Client
Our client is located north of the river and is currently looking for someone temporarily to join the team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a fixed term contract for a 12-month duration.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with end-to-end recruitment experience who can confidently liaise with hiring managers and has well-developed written communication skills and who manages a portfolio of competing priorities whilst ensuring there is clear communication across the team.

- Work with hiring managers to draft job advertising
- Work closely with other People and Culture colleagues and customers to understand what is happening in the business and workflow is in the pipeline
- Provide a positive candidate experience
- Database management to track results and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with diversity and inclusion strategies and any other policies and initiatives
What you need
You will have experience in:
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting complex roles within a large organisation
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience whilst promoting the organisation's employee value proposition including diversity and inclusion policies
- Ability to work autonomously but collaboratively with peers and internal stakeholders to provide a timely service
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and the ability to influence at all levels
- Exposure to the Higher Education sector or a broad skillset across corporate recruitment will be viewed favourably
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop, maintain and enhance professional working relationships across a wide range of areas and organisational levels.
What they Offer
The salary range is approximately $90,000 - $120,000. There is parking available nearby and good public transport access.
