Immediate Talent Acquisition Partner required for strategic sourcing project
Our client is a mining giant based in Perth CBD, and they require the support of an experienced talent acquisition specialist who excels in strategic sourcing.
This is a temporary contract for up to six months and requires an immediate start.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the talent pipelines are verified in their competencies and capabilities, and then market the organisation's employee value proposition and benefits to encourage their applications.
It is therefore essential for this role that you possess a prior recruitment or talent acquisition background from within the resources sector where you have been involved in actively enticing top talent to join your organisation through effective communication. You will be highly organised in your approach and enjoy verbal interaction with both blue and white collar applicants.
