Your new company

Working for a global engineering and energy business with offices in Sydney supporting key local projects. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they recruit at scale and find new talent across Sydney and NSW.

Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a varied portfolio of technical, white collar engineering and project management
  • Managing a high volume of key technical roles, from sourcing to offer
  • Supporting national and international recruiting projects, as and when needed
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their role briefs and manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process
  • Develop talent attraction strategies including talent pooling, social media, career fairs and networking events
  • Candidate management
  • Ensuring all applicants have an exceptional candidate experience
  • Managing recruitment process, interviewing and shortlisting for stakeholders and candidates
  • Developing and improving recruitment processes and strategies within the team and wider business
  • Conduct structured interviews, behavioural interviewing and manage multiple interviewing processes
  • Managing offers and contracts, reference checking and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be an experienced blue collar and technical recruiter with experience in both agency and internal
  • You MUST have managed your own portfolio of roles covering engineering, white collar technical or project managers on construction and engineering sites
  • You will have experience of high volume recruitment campaigns as well as exposure to C-Suite and exec-level sourcing
  • You will be a seasoned interviewer who can coach hiring managers through structured interviewing processes, including behavioural interviewing
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills
  • Must be passionate about candidate experience
  • Savvy with technology, LinkedIn recruiter and ATS and reporting
  • Must come from a Project, Construction/Engineering recruitment background
