Your new role

Our client is seeking a Training Specialist to support the delivery of training and adoption activities as part of an ERP implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to successfully transition to a new enterprise system.
- Develop and create engaging training materials
- Produce user guides, learning resources, and support documentation
- Deliver effective and interactive training sessions to diverse stakeholder groups
- Champion change and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation and adoption journey
- Contribute to a positive user experience and successful organisational transformation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have
- Experience developing and delivering training programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to translate complex system processes into practical, user-friendly learning solutions.
- Experience of developing content in MS Office Programmes
