We're seeking a highly organised and confident Training Coordinator & Facilitator to support a large-scale training rollout for a blue-collar workforce. This is a temporary opportunity until March 2026, based in Parramatta, with some travel required between sites.
Location: Parramatta, NSW (with site travel)
Rate: $400-$480 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until March 2026
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with the Organisational Change Management (OCM) team to coordinate and facilitate training for approximately 4,000 employees. This role requires someone who can manage complex scheduling logistics while also confidently delivering training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple sites, working closely with roster managers and field team leaders.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, drop-in sessions, and support other OCM team members in delivery.
- Manage training logistics, including calendar invites, registrations, attendance tracking, venue bookings, and material preparation.
- Build strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure training outcomes are met.
- Communicate program details, updates, and schedules to stakeholders.
- Edit training collateral to reflect last-minute changes.
- Coordinate multiple diaries and manage competing priorities.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in training facilitation.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating training logistics.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and confident working with data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
