12 Month Fixed term, Training specialist with change experience, multiple sites across Sydney

Your new company

Our client is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join their team. This role focusses on creating and implementing training programs that drive business transformation and change. The ideal candidate will ensure our employees are well-equipped to navigate new business processes and technologies. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of up to $140,000k plus super. This organisation has multiple sites you are able to work from across Sydney.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement training strategies to support change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective training materials and delivery methods.
  • Lead the design and execution of onboarding, upskilling, and change adoption programs.
  • Deliver training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Maintain training documentation, including calendars and progress reports.
  • Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Work with Change and Project teams to align training with broader initiatives.
  • Integrate Agile methodologies and change management frameworks into training programs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience in integrating training strategies.
  • Experience in training within service-oriented, regulatory, or compliance-based environments.
