Your new company

The Training Specialist role is an 8 month role to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy for the successful adoption of the CRM Salesforce for an industry leading Healthcare and Home Care organisation. This role involves designing detailed training plans, creating facilitator guides, and delivering training sessions tailored to various stakeholders, including end-users, administrators, and executives.

Your new role

• Develop and implement a training strategy supporting business transformation in home care.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Program Manager and stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
• Conduct training sessions using in-person, virtual, and on-demand methods.
• Create accessible training materials such as facilitator guides, user manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Ensure training content is easy to understand for users at all levels of digital literacy.
• Gather feedback and make the necessary adjustments to the training program.
• Support digital transformation by aligning training with broader change management initiatives.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics.

What you'll need to succeed

• Salesforce CRM system experience is highly desired.
• Experience in training program development, ideally working with system implementation.
• Proven experience of creating training strategies, plans, and facilitator guides.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is preferred.
