HR Job seeker behaviour survey results
This new survey examines the behaviour of HR job seekers, both active and passive, although we believe the results would be similar in other professional job markets.
We look at how much time people spend looking for jobs, how often they visit traditional job boards and how many pages of results they view. It also examines how certain aspects of job ads can reduce the chance of people responding to an ad.
1200 HR job seekers participated in the survey.
