Your new company
Based in Port Melbourne, this Government agency is seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of surge recruitment solutions, including end-to-end recruitment, system uplift, talent pipelining, recruitment campaigns and projects. This role is a full time fixed-term contract until November 2026, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Victoria.
Your new role
- Leading and supporting recruitment projects, including talent pipelining, surge capability, and casual event recruitment
- Supporting the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns with a focus on diversity, regional reach, and compliance
- Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and systems
- Providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver workforce planning initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale staffing operations, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding processes
- Proven ability to manage operational recruitment projects with fixed deadlines
- Strong skills in policy development, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
- Established experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and influence change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with digital and data literacy
- Previous experience using Springboard is a bonus
