Your new company
Our client is a State Government Body, based on the CBD fringe in West End. They are a regulatory and compliance driven environment who promote best practice and risk mitigation.
Your new role
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide recruitment services, advice and guidance to internal clients and provide administrative support and coordination for end-to-end recruitment processes. This will be part of a small team who deliver high quality recruitment services.
Duties will include:

Support and guide hiring managers and panels with effective advice around attraction strategy, shortlisting methodology and candidate assessment

End to end recruitment services with focus on documentation quality and process compliance

High quality candidate care and communication

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationships
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in recruitment services ideally within a public sector environment, with previous knowledge of selection reports, developing selection matrix and interview questions, facilitating references and other pre-employments checks

You will also demonstrated time management and organisational skills, participate as an effective team member and be able to manage competing priorities.

On offer is an initial temporary contract through until end of 30 June 2025 at an hourly rate of $66.23 per hour + Super
