Your new company
A Queensland Government department delivering major rail infrastructure projects across the state. The team is responsible for leading multi-billion-dollar programs including the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project and the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade.
Your new role
As AO6 Senior Advisor (Talent Acquisition), you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for executive-level roles. You'll be the primary HR contact, working closely with external recruitment partners and senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing vendor contracts and recruitment communications
- Training hiring managers on recruitment tools and processes
- Building relationships with executives and external providers
- Preparing performance reports and dashboards
- Coordinating resources and timelines
- Overseeing onboarding through the HR systems
- Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience in executive-level recruitment, ideally in government
- On-site full time
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of public sector HR policies and legislative requirements
