The recruitment of this position constitutes part of the Randstad Recruitable Pilot and is open only to applicants with permanent disability. This includes ADHD, Autism, Neurodiversity and Dyslexia. Summary

Join an Organisational Capability team where you can belong and feel valued. You will bring your expertise in workplace inclusion, barriers to work, accessibility, cultural diversity, LGBTIQ+, gender equality and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander challenges and needs to deliver governance and reporting programs of work in these key areas. You will do this by engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the group with a major focus on the governance, internal and external reporting and benchmarking requirements and analysis.

About the role

  • Complete annual Diversity & Inclusion report including WGEA and AWEI submission.
  • Manage projects within designated timeframes and budgets in a complex and commercially focused culture.
  • Support the Senior Manager Diversity and Inclusion to meet governance requirements including Annual reporting and Governance statement.
  • Use project delivery methodology to achieve an agreed outcome.

About you

  • Experience in Governance Reporting such as Executive and Board style reporting, ideally in the DE&I sector.
  • Project management experience managing multiple priorities to deliver results within time frames and budgets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
