Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking an Employee Experience Change Lead to provide temporary relief leading strategic HR change initiatives for 6 months, with scope to extend.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or Organisational Development
- Demonstrated change management experience within a HR context is critical
- Proven project management experience, leading complex people initiatives end-to-end, including design, delivery and implementation
- Previous project experience in performance management, implementing Culture Amp and/ or similar employee experience initiatives is highly regarded
- Established experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred
