Your new company
A growing body of the Victorian State Government is continuing to accelerate their growth plans, and to this end have created an Employee Relations position within the HR team.
Your new role
Ready for the challenge? In your new role, you will be managing cases, supporting change processes and reviewing and updating policies to reflect the EA. Day to day you'll work with your stakeholders to manage problems before they become problems, being a proactive partner in coaching and training.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in the State Government as well as ample knowledge of the EBA. Alongside this, you will be an excellent communicator, proactive in your approach to Employee Relations and have strong case management experience.
What you'll get in return
A full-time, 5-day a week, temporary role with a view to becoming a fixed-term employee. This is a newly created role, a chance for you to shape it how you want. Hourly rate from $75 ph + super.
