8:6 Roster for a generalist HR Advisor for a growing mining/civil contractor
Our client has a new opportunity for an experienced, generalist HR Advisor to join their team on a FIFO 8:6 basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager based within the corporate office, you will provide all generalist duties and responsibilities for a number of sites.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting manpower planning and recruitment
- Implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures
- Provision of generalist advice to line management and employees
- Supporting grievances, disciplinaries and performance management
- Implementation of corporate transformation or initiatives
- Provision of coaching and development to line management
- Facilitation of training
- Supporting annual cyclical tasks including performance review, remuneration review etc.
This is an opportunity to continue to consolidate your site based Human Resources experience within a FIFO capacity. To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Advisor who can demonstrate your ability to effectively and efficiently manage all site-based human resources queries and lead performance management and case investigations. It is essential that you possess prior site-based human resources experience, and can commit to an 8:6 roster.
