Short term FIFO assignment for an experienced HR Business Partner.
We are seeking the expertise of an experienced, generalist HR Business Partner for a six-week FIFO assignment on a 4:3 roster.
Reporting to the HR Superintendent based in Perth, you will have standalone HR responsibility supporting the senior leadership based on site.
The role will play a pivotal position in the provision of coaching and development to these leaders, supporting the efficiency of a productive workforce, leading case investigations where required, and implementation of any corporate initiatives as required.
To be successful in your application, you will possess prior site-based human resources experience within a business partnering capacity, possess a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards from Australia and excel in building stakeholder relationships.
This assignment requires an immediate start and will fly out of Perth only.
