An immediately available HR Superintendent is required for a FIFO 8:6 roster for a 3-month temporary contract.
Senior HR Advisor | FIFO 8:6 | 3-Month Contract
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced HR Superintendent or HR Business Partner to join a site-based operation on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is an initial three-month temporary contract providing hands-on HR leadership and support within a blue-collar environment.
Working closely with site management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR advice while taking ownership of complex employee relations matters and key workforce priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise site leaders on workforce priorities, people matters and HR risks
- Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, conflict resolution and performance management
- Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR practices are consistent, compliant and aligned with operational requirements
- Monitor HR reporting, compliance and emerging people-related risks
- Escalate significant or sensitive matters to P&C leadership as required
To be successful in your application:
- A strong blue-collar HR background, ideally within mining, resources, construction, industrial or a similar operational environment
- Previous FIFO experience preferred
- Strong capability in complex employee relations and case management
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards (NES)
- Confidence partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced site environment
- Current WA residency and immediate availability
