An 8:6 opportunity exists for an experienced Senior HR Advisor within the mining sector.
We are seeking the expertise of an experienced, generalist Senior HR Advisor for a potential temporary to permanent opportunity on an 8:6 roster.
Reporting to the HR Superintendent on site, you will support the leadership team and wider workforce throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
The role will play a pivotal position in the provision of coaching and development to these leaders, supporting the efficiency of a productive workforce, leading case investigations where required, and implementation of any corporate initiatives.
This will commence as a temporary contract, but due to a huge state of growth, there is every opportunity for this role to translate into a permanent position for the future.
To be successful in your application, you will be immediately available and possess prior site-based human resources experience within an advisory capacity, possess a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards from Australia and excel at building stakeholder relationships.
This assignment requires an immediate start and will fly out of Perth only.
