My client is small global business offering an innovative HR consultancy service to the SME market. The company is on a growth trajectory and a key area of growth is the Australian market. This role will lead the Australian business through this exciting phase of development.
Whoever secures this position will inherit a substantial retained client base and a small team of HR Advisors to support delivery. To begin with the role will also be delivery focused, advising clients on areas such as
- Performance Management
- Restructures
- Award Compliance
- HR Policy Changes
As well as the HR delivery part of the role, the position will have broader business management responsibilities such as
- People Management
- Client Onboarding
- Business Strategy
- Budgeting
The business is in a strong financial position, so the role will not have the pressure of an aggressive business development focus, but the right person will be able to build the brand and showcase expertise in marketing efforts such as online webinars.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced HR Generalist who has strong ER knowledge in areas such as modern awards. Ideally you will have people management experience and exposure to financial reporting i.e. managing budgets. In addition, you will be a commercially focused HR profession with the drive and motivation to move your career in a new direction. Whilst the role will gradually move away from delivery and become a larger leadership role it is important that the right person seeks to retain their expertise as a HR subject matter expert.
The role will pay a competitive base salary for a a HR leader + STI & LTI
