Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this State Government agency is seeking a HR Advisor to provide temporary relief supporting the General Manager of People & Culture, with project specific generalist HR administration activities within a greenfield environment for 3 months with the potential for extension.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Proven generalist HR administration experience, including all aspects of the employment lifecycle is critical
- Established HR experience within a greenfield environment, with the ability to be agile as and when needed is highly regarded and is preferred
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative is critical
