About the Role: Join a renowned and respected hospital as a HR Advisor, providing essential support to a specific portfolio. This initial 8-week position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while opening doors for potential permanency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert HR support and advice to your assigned portfolio.
- Assist with employee relations, compliance matters and more complex HR matters.
- Manage a range of personal information on database and paper format.
- Collaborate with leaders to resolve HR queries and contribute to strategic outcomes.
About You: To thrive in this role, you'll ideally bring experience from healthcare, aged care, or medical HR Advisor/P&C roles. You're adept at managing competing priorities, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven HR experience within healthcare, aged care, or medical sectors (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
