An immediate start for an experienced HR Advisor within large scale mining contractor.
We are seeking a self-motivated and adaptable HR Advisor to join our client on a six-month temporary contract within the mining sector.
This is a generalist role with a focus on providing operational HR support and managing basic casework.

You will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees, ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively and in line with company policies and industry standards.
Key responsibilities will include:

Provide generalist HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

Assist with basic case management, including performance, conduct, and grievance matters.

Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Contribute to HR reporting and ad hoc HR projects as required.

Engage, influence and develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
We are seeking an individual who has previously held a generalist advisory level position with a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia. You will possess a minimum of basic case management as well as employee relations experience. You will be an exceptional communicator who has the ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced mining environment.
This position would prefer an immediate start but a notice period will be considered and is based in our Eastern Suburbs.
