Six-month temporary contract for an experienced HR Advisor
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong end-to-end case management expertise? Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments where you can make a meaningful impact through the delivery of fair, timely and well‑executed employee relations outcomes?
We are seeking a confident and capable HR Advisor to join our client's team on a six‑month temporary contract, responsible for managing performance management, grievances and disciplinaries from initial queries through to investigation, recommendations, and potential termination outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of employee relations and misconduct matters end to end.
- Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations, including interviews, evidence gathering and reporting.
- Provide clear, well‑supported recommendations aligned with policy, legislation, and organisational risk.
- Support leaders through performance, conduct, and capability processes.
- Prepare high‑quality written documentation including investigation reports, outcome letters, and briefing papers.
- Ensure all actions meet legal, procedural, and policy standards.
You will be a pragmatic and confident HR Advisor who brings demonstrated experience in managing employee relations cases from start to finish. You will have investigative capability and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia. You will be able to influence and partner with leaders while maintaining independence and objectivity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This role will be offered on the basis of a six-month temporary contract and requires an immediate start. There will also be the potential for further extension. Working holiday visa applicants may be considered. Due to the location in Perth's suburbs, access to a vehicle is essential.
