Learning and Development Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Join a friendly and supportive Learning & Development team as an L&D Coordinator within a large organisation delivering essential services and supporting a diverse workforce across community, health, defence, and facilities environments!

If you're organised, people-focused, and bring a can do attitude, this is an amazing opportunity to step into a flexible L&D role with variety and scope to make an impact.

• Informal, easy-going team culture

• Mostly WFH (with the freedom to be in the office as often as it suits you)

• Supportive manager and collaborative team

• Opportunity for light travel in early January (NSW, for a couple of days across 2 weeks)

• L&D administration and coordination

• Managing inboxes, scheduling, and general team support

• Updating the LMS and ensuring data accuracy between HRIS & LMS

• Liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple contracts

• Preparing documentation, reports, and training materials

• Providing customer-focused support to learners and leaders

• Rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed within the team

• Strong administration or coordination experience (L&D exposure is ideal but not essential)

• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel a bonus)

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Friendly, proactive, and willing to pitch in

• Comfortable in a relaxed, informal team environment

• Positive mindset and practical "get things done" approach
