Our client is a purpose driven NFP organisation, currently in search of an upcoming and values lead HR Business Partner to join its growing People & Culture team in Sydney.
In this dynamic role, you'll be partnering with a collaborative People Team to provide guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance, rewards and recognition and learning and development. You'll enjoy being a valued member of a business and see the impact your work can achieve in real time.
You'll be partnering with a tight knit team and reporting into an engaging HR Leader where collaboration, integrity, and respect are at the heart of what they do.
Main responsibilities;
- Partner, coach, and advise your stakeholders on people related matters (a confident level of ER experience is strongly preferred)
- Work closely with the broader People Team to advocate and drive a positive and inclusive work culture
- Support the Senior HR Manager to drive strategic people initiatives and projects
- Implement HR best practices and processes to drive business success.
To be successful in this role you will have strong generalist HR experience and will be comfortable handling ER matters such as performance management or lower level grievances. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering daily with your support team. You will have strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
