This exciting role will sit in the HR team, reporting to the GM of HR, working in a fast paced environment and managing generalist human resources support across the business along with championing learning & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide partnering and coaching to leaders across the business regarding employee relations, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, enterprise agreement and legislative requirements
- Interpret and provide practical working advice to leaders and employees for legislation, policies and fairwork practices
- Deliver an engaging induction plan, staff training and learning and development initiatives across the business
- Identify, coordinate, market and execute L&D initiatives and opportunities across the business
- Assist in implementation and initiation of new HRIS platforms
- Degree qualified in HR, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience in generalist HR roles
- Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, Fair Work & EA's
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Outstanding consulting and communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask
