Your new company
This mid-sized Not for Profit focusses on supporting people living with disabilities secure meaningful employment. With a diverse business including catering support, ground keeping and manufacturing, this Not for Profit offers you a unique opportunity to work across a variety of sectors within one! Working as part of a small HR team, you will support the 400+ strong workforce with all HR operational matters.
Your new role
As the day-to-day HR point of contact, you will be tasked with:
- Performance management conversations
- End to end recruitment
- Learning & development
- Creating process & procedures
- Updating policies & advising on them
- Managing probation periods
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong business partnering skills, ideally in a blue-collar or not-for-profit space, highlighting your ability to deal with stakeholders from the ground up. With experience in end to end recruitment, managing employee lifecycles and developing L&D programs, you will be an ideal candidate for this role. Team culture is essential for success in this team. They are looking for a confident HR Business Partner, someone who thrives face to face as this is a true customer-facing role.
