Your new company
Your new company is a major player in manufacturing and distribution in Australia and New Zealand. Their operations and your new offices are based in Sydney West, and they offer the flexibility to work from home as well.
Your new role
In this maternity cover job you will be expected to hit the ground running and be in charge of certain business units. Your main duties will include:
- Case management
- Supporting the implementation of their HRIS
- HR advice on performance management and coaching leaders to deal with these matters
- Providing advice on salary banding, remuneration and restructuring
MUST HAVE to be successful for this role
- Australian qualifications in HR, degree and above
- Australian full-time and unlimited working rights, and local experience in HR
- Solid case management experience
- Experience of working for a large organisation, 1500+ staff, within preferably blue-collar settings
- The ability to work in a really fast-paced environment and to pivot when necessary
- Experience in organisational design and change management
- The right attitude: can be responsive quickly, can work autonomously but also collaboratively, can build rapport at all levels of the organisation, can be trusted and can prioritise
