Our Client
Our client is in the education sector and is seeking a talented and driven HR Business Partner to join the team on a temporary basis for 2 - 3 months.
Your new role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting, coaching and developing managers. It will also involve some localised travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Responsible for conducting investigations, managing cases and organise mediation, and deliver training.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
What you need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
