A well‑established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide short‑term support during a busy period. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to utilise your HR expertise across a broad range of people functions while partnering closely with leaders and employees.
Your new role
Stepping in as a trusted HR advisor, you will deliver both operational and strategic support across several core HR areas.

- Providing timely HR advice on performance management, employee relations and HR best practice.
- Supporting leaders with issue resolution and day‑to‑day HR guidance.
- Assisting with investigations, disciplinary processes and documentation.
- Assisting with reports, salary banding and compliance.
- Contributing to HR projects, change activities and engagement initiatives as required.
- Ensuring HR processes align with policy, legislation and organisational standards.
This is a dynamic and fast‑paced position where you'll be relied upon to step in quickly and hit the ground running.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Confident in managing ER matters, performance processes and HR operations.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and partner effectively with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Availability for an immediate start and commitment to the full 4-6 week period.
