HR Business Partner
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner on an 8:6 FIFO roster, you will provide end‑to‑end HR support to site leaders and employees, acting as a trusted advisor across all aspects of people and culture. You will partner closely with operations to deliver effective solutions in employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and organisational capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing coaching and advisory support to leaders across ER, IR and performance matters
- Leading onsite HR initiatives aligned to business strategy and workforce needs
- Supporting organisational change, engagement activities and leadership development
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation and safety requirements
- Building strong partnerships with operational leadership teams and head office functions
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role, ideally within mining, resources or heavy industry
- Strong ER/IR knowledge with confidence managing complex cases
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the resilience to thrive in a site‑based environment
- Previous FIFO experience highly regarded
