Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide pragmatic, end‑to‑end HR support within a fast‑paced mining environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with leaders to deliver advice across the full employee lifecycle
- Managing ER/IR matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and site‑based initiatives
- Building strong, credible relationships with site and corporate stakeholders
- Travelling to site approximately once per month for several days at a time
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded
- Strong ER/IR capability and confidence working in operational environments
- A practical, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
