HR Business Partner based in south Sydney full time in the office up to 135k plus super
Your new company
Our client is a well-established, multi‑brand services organisation operating across NSW, delivering essential services across cleaning, security, maintenance, construction and specialist operations. With a strong focus on quality, safety and people, they are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance the HR function across the group. This role is 5 days on site and has a salary of up to $135k plus super.
Your new role
Reporting to the Group General Manager and People & Culture Manager, this is a senior hands‑on role responsible for driving both the strategic and operational HR function across multiple brands and sites. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure HR practices are compliant, data‑driven and aligned with business objectives, while supporting a positive, inclusive and high‑performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver HR strategies aligned to operational and growth objectives.

Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, investigations and terminations

Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple divisions

Drive learning, development and leadership capability initiatives

Champion culture, engagement, diversity and Indigenous employment initiatives

Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, ISO standards and internal policies

Deliver regular HR reporting and workforce analytics to senior leadership

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and systems
What you'll need to succeed
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a multi‑site or service‑based environment

Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations

Proven experience using HR data, reporting and metrics to support decision‑making

High‑level stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills

A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to complex HR matters

Strong systems capability across HRIS, payroll and MS Office (Excel essential)
