An immediately available generalist HR Business Partner is required for a three-month contract.
An increase in workload has created the opportunity for an experienced, generalist HR Business Partner to join this team based in Perth CBD.
Reporting to the GM, Human Resources, this position will support the team with all aspects of business-as-usual HR activities coupled with project-related work.
This temporary contract will be for a three-month period to commence immediately.
We are seeking an individual who has prior exposure to employee relations and strong stakeholder engagement with recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards and the ability to operate in a generalist business partnering capacity within a large, reactive organisation. Preference will be given to applicants with blue-collar sector knowledge.
