My client is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to provide contemporary, solutions‑focused HR support. This role partners closely with leaders to deliver expert advice, build capability, and drive a high‑performing, people‑centred culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering pragmatic HR guidance across performance, talent, recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to strengthen people‑leadership capability.
- Design and deliver HR initiatives, tools, and training that enhance workforce performance and align with legislative, policy, and public‑sector requirements.
- Lead and contribute to HR Connect projects and company wide initiatives.
- Use HR metrics and systems to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and uphold values, governance, and safety standards.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and guide HR team members to deliver high‑quality, consistent HR services.
- Foster a learning culture and drive engagement activities.
- Work collaboratively with OSH, L&D, and HR/IR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer service Focus
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive, professional HR support.
- Represent the contract in client interactions and ensure service KPIs are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with accreditation, governance, and quality frameworks.
What You Need To Succeed
- Demonstrate extensive experience in general Human Resources or Human Resources business partnering.
- Human Resources experience in a public health service environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated high level proficiency in general Human Resources practice including recruitment, performance management, grievance resolution, award and policy interpretation and application, change management and policy advice and Human Resources administration.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and negotiate at all levels.
