A large, complex organisation undergoing major transformation is seeking an experienced People Consultant to support workforce transition activities over the next six months.
About the Role
You will partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to guide employees through organisational change. Key duties include:
- Supporting workforce transition processes (redeployment, voluntary separation, retrenchment)
- Providing HR advice to leaders during change activities
- Interpreting enterprise agreements, policies, and compliance requirements
- Preparing documentation and transition materials
- Managing queries and coordinating information with HR and Payroll
- Completing Position Description evaluations
- Tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborating closely with HR teams and program stakeholders
About you
- Experience in large, complex organisations undergoing change
- Strong HR partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in managing sensitive matters with discretion
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and with sound judgement
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full working rights - I can't consider WHV for this role, sorry!
