As the business continues to evolve, the People & Culture team is expanding to support a number of exciting new HR initiatives. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who is ready to take on more responsibility, gain exposure to meaningful projects, and grow within a supportive team, or simply for someone who thrives in a dynamic HR Coordinator role and loves being at the heart of HR operations.
About the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key part in both the daily HR operations and broader HR projects. You'll provide hands-on support with recruitment, HR admin, employee queries, and project coordination, making this a great stepping stone toward your career in a supportive HR team.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing end to end recruitment support

Managing the HR inbox and general employee enquiries

Preparing employment documentation, letters, and HR correspondence

Assisting with documentation for investigations and return-to-work processes

Supporting the roll out of new HR initiatives and people-related projects
About You:

Exposure to recruitment (ideal but not necessary)

General HR administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
