Our client is seeking an experienced HR coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis (with the potential for extension). As a trusted name in their Industry, our client offers specialised insurance products catered to the property sector.

The role:
Reporting into a Senior leader, this role will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of HR coordination support to managers and employees. This is a true all-rounder role that will enable you to build your Human Resources skills and knowledge to grow your future career!

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide support across various HR areas to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on boarding new hires.
  • Facilitate internal movements by coordinating transfers and promotions, ensuring alignment with company policies and employee development goals.
  • Address and resolve employee leave queries, including annual, sick, and parental leave
  • Support managers in the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees / as part of the induction process
  • Work with managers to plan and run annual performance reviews.
  • Manage and process HR-related data, including employee records, payroll, and benefits information.
  • Ensure that all HR information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Position Requirements:
To be successful within this role, you will..
  • Have prior experience within a HR Coordinator (or equivalent level) role with 2 + years of experience
  • Professional Services / Consultancy experience is highly regarded
  • Be an open communicator and a strong relationship builder
  • Have excellent work organisation and administrative skills
