Immediate Start Temporary HR Coordinator
Your new company
An educational body with a diverse and fast-paced work force is hiring in their HR Department on a temporary basis. Working with students, researchers and corporate staff, you'll be quickly immersed in this organisation and work alongside some amazing HR professionals with high standards. This is a fabulous learning opportunity for a junior HR professional.
Your new role
- Manage HR administrative tasks including contracts, letter templates, and leave of absence (LOA) documentation.
- Use TechOne for various HR processes and data management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience using TechOne is highly desirable. You will have hands-on experience managing HR admin duties such as contracts, letters of offer or award review. Being immediately available, you'll be ready to get onboard by 3rd of February. If you have worked in a university environment, I want to hear from you!
What you'll get in return
A temporary 5 day a week work from the office assignment. This role is expected to last for 4 weeks, with the potential to extend. You'll work in a busy and diverse environment with a good team and alongside a supportive HR Coordinator.
