HR Coordinator | Western Sydney | Full-Time Role

Join a multinational engineering company in Western Sydney.

Your new role
As the HR Coordinator you will provide hands-on HR Generalist support to the HR Manager and the wider organisation. You will manage all administration for the complete employee cycle to ensure employee engagement. You will also support the HR Manager with all recruitment and this will involve travelling to other head offices.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Administrator with recruitment coordination experience. You will have 3 years experience in a similar role. You will have worked in an environment that is policy and procedure driven. You will support a busy HR Manager so you will be able to hit the ground running. You will have a good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
