Your new role
This role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, which include:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and promote a safe workplace
- Administer payroll and benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will need:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Australia
- Knowledge and experience negotiating EBAs
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Familiarity with WHS regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time (no work-from-home flexibility)
