Your new company
You'll be joining a leading global construction company known for their expertise in large-span bridge structures, ground engineering, and precast concrete, with a strong commitment to safety and ethical standards. Your new offices will be based in Ryde, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home once a week once you have passed probation.
Your new role
As an HR Manager, you will focus on operational HR management, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with EBA requirements, and handling industrial relations matters. This role requires occasional travel to connect with various sites, most likely once a month.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Australia in a similar HR role with strong knowledge of IR and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of HR laws, awards, EBAs and best practices.
- Expertise in HR systems and data management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience dealing with EBAs.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain strong organisational skills.
- Full-time and unlimited Australian working rights.
- A person with a can-do attitude, who is resilient, hard-working and outgoing will fit well within this team.
