People & Culture Manager Sydney CBD, $130,000 - $135,000 + Super Flex working 3 days in the office

The salary for the role is up to 135k plus super with flexible work arrangements 3 days in the office and two days working from home.

Your new role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the People & Culture function in a standalone capacity initially, with the opportunity to build out the team in the near future.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing end-to-end HR generalist support across strategic and operational functions
  • Leading and supporting changes across the business and managing complex employment relations matters
  • Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (ELMO)
  • Partnering closely with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and culture
  • Supporting initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation efforts
  • Building scalable HR processes and frameworks to support future growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience in both strategic and hands-on capacities
  • Experience managing ER/IR matters and organisational change
  • Exposure to or involvement in reconciliation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS implementation
  • Ability to work autonomously and establish a strong HR function
