You will work in a stand-alone capacity and partner closely with the ELT for ANZ and the Sales & Marketing team. As this is a new position for ANZ you will create, develop and implement local HR policies and processes. What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have strong HR Management tenure experience and have worked in a similar role previously.
  • Experienced in working for a global or multinational organisation - this is key as there will be a lot of partnering with HR overseas.

  • You will be hands-on, operationally focused and enjoy being part of a smaller-style business.

  • Be happy to take on office administration/office management duties and work in a stand-alone capacity

What you'll get in return

  • You will be working in a new role and have the opportunity to build something from scratch and make it your own.
  • You will be part of a growing business which offers life-changing products to the world.
  • Full-time hours in the Sydney CBD with flexible working offered
  • Office based role 5 days a week with flexible start and finish times
  • The salary range is quite wide depending on the level of experience being an operational, stand-alone role.
  • Bonus scheme offered 10 - 15%
